Security consulting and related research in the area of new networks for a government client, specific details and nature of the work are classified. The Principle Security Consultant is responsible for managing and performing engagements related to a variety of technical assessments. Managers must have deep subject matter expertise, the ability to interface directly with clients to lead successful and positive engagements, and the capacity to manage and develop teams of junior employees. The Principle Security Consultant is an integral part of delivery team and is responsible for reviewing draft deliverables, building relationships with client contacts, and providing technical guidance and consulting during engagements. This position requires management and technical skill sets, as the ideal candidate will be required to manage a highly technical program with demanding clients.

Experience is desired in the following areas:

Managing and conducting security risk assessment methodologies for broadband networking, 3G/4G (UMTS and LTE) cellular technologies and for end-points (smart phones).

Conducting and directing security related research in the areas of NGN technologies (e.g., SDN, NFV, UMTS) and LTE.

Requires 8 to 10 years with BS/BA or 6 to 8 years with MS/MA or 3 to 5 years with PhD.

Experience leading technical projects with government clients required. Relevant experience in the field(s) of IT Consulting, and/or Security, Privacy or Risk Management.

MS in a related technical field, certified PMP highly desirable.
