Responsibilities
Invent novel information processing approaches and computer architectures
Explore digital, analog, multi-die, and emerging architectures
Architect, design, and oversee the testing of ASIC prototypes
Design FPGA-based emulation platforms and ASIC testbeds
Collaborate with leading faculty and partners
Craft funding proposals
Work on a hybrid schedule in northern Virginia
Qualifications
PhD in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Computer Science
Strong RTL digital design skills (Verilog/System Verilog/VHDL)
High-quality publications related to computer architecture and/or chip design
Demonstrated ability for clear communication
U.S. permanent residency or U.S. citizenship
