An outstanding technology company in Northern New Jersey is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to join its growing engineering team. This is a key position created due to continued expansion and the development of new products. The successful candidate will play an important role in the design and development of advanced electronic systems while contributing to the growth and technical excellence of the engineering organization.

Responsibilities include the design and development of RF assemblies, analog and mixed-signal circuits, including ADCs, DACs, and power supply circuitry. The engineer will be responsible for creating detailed schematics and overseeing the layout of complex high-frequency printed circuit boards. Additional duties include designing test fixtures, supporting prototype bring-up and testing, troubleshooting hardware issues, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, manufacturing, quality, and program management.

This is a hands-on individual contributor role offering significant technical responsibility. The selected candidate will also provide guidance, mentoring, and training to junior engineers, helping to strengthen the capabilities of the engineering team.

Qualifications:

• BSEE or MSEE required
• 5–10 years of relevant electrical engineering experience
• Strong experience designing RF assemblies and analog/mixed-signal circuits
• Experience with ADCs, DACs, and power supply design
• Proven expertise in schematic capture and high-frequency PCB design and layout
• Experience developing test fixtures and supporting hardware validation
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively across multiple departments and disciplines
• Prior experience mentoring or providing technical guidance to junior engineers is highly desirable
